Avid HD/TDM to HDX Core with Pro Tools | Ultimate Perpetual License

Unleashes all the functionalities of Pro Tools HDX with Pro Tools Ultimate Software

Compare

This option is for previous TDM owners who want to upgrade to the new HDX 64-bit Ultimate system which includes full Ultimate UPGRADE and 1 YEAR SUPPORT  PLAN
Open your previous sessions with ease but with extra DSP and new AAX-DSP plug-ins, which can be run natively or on the HDX DSP Card. From version 12.6 onwards Pro Tools HD is now compatible with many 3rd Party interfaces as well as the AVID HD interfaces, as well as the new forthcoming MTRX converters.
Upgrading is as simple as returning the TDM HD Core PCIe card when placing your order to qualify for the 1Year Support Plan and this upgrade.
Now the Avid Pro Tools HDX PCIe Card and Ultimate Software are available as a package on their own without an Audio Interface. To run a full HDX system you still require one, but for the first time Avid have opened up the system to 3rd Party Audio Manufactures as well as being compatible with their own Avid Hardware i/o.
The Pro Tools HDX DSP card connects to your AD/DA converter of choice and provides the basis for the ultimate Pro Tools System for Music and Post Production.
To increase your power and track count you can simply add additional HDX cards, supporting the AAX 64-bit plug-in format for better workflow and sound parity with native systems.
Note: Pro Tools 12.6 and above requires a DigiLink I/O License to enable Avid and 3rd party I/O to work together (currently available only through the Avid webstore for $299)
