Dynaudio M5P Evidence

The  Dynaudio M5P Evidence is a highly critical 5-way monitor specifically designed for mastering applications.
The Dynaudio M5P Evidence features Dynaudio Directivity Control technology which combines a vertical, symmetrical drive unit array with and clever crossover topology to deliver a controlled sound radiation. Each speaker has two tweeters, two mid-range drivers and four woofers powered by drivers with complementing frequency and phase responses to deliver an immensely accurate and precise sound radiation. This design reduces radiated energy from floor to ceiling by an impressive 75% making these speakers far less room dependent than many other studio monitors.
Implementing Dynaudio’s Directivity Control technology meant placing the woofers directly above and below the mid and high frequency drivers, which delivers an equally spread radiation across the low frequencies as well as combining the advantages of covering the surface of larger woofer designs with the power, velocity and control of smaller single-voice coil-magnet assemblies.
Finally, the M5P features a separate compartment to isolate and provide ideal mechanical and thermal environment for the crossover components. The compartment is also passively ventilated at the back to ensure safe operating temperature range.
