Intellijel Rainmaker

The Cylonix Intellijel Rainmaker is a powerful 16 tap stereo delay and comb resonator module.
Rainmaker provides a unique architecture and sound shaping tool kit for crafting complex, rhythmic delay patterns and modal synthesis techniques such as strumming and other physical interactions.
The module is made up of two sections; the first is the 16 step delay line, with each tap featuring its own resonant 2nd order filter and granular pitch shifter. The Filters are multimode and can be set into self oscillation, allowing for rich sounds and tones to be created.
Each tap can have its own repeat rate set independantly, which allows for complex, regenerating delays and echo effects. The delay time can be synchronized to an external clock or manually and runs at 0.1 milliseconds up to 20 seconds.
The second part of the module is the stereo comb resonator, which has 64 time delayed taps which are summed together, this produces a resonating effect. With different comb sizes a wide array of effects can be produced, from plucked sounds to more ethereal organic tones.
