Mutable Instruments Shelves

Mutable Instruments Shelves is a 4-band parametric EQ module in Eurorack format.
Parametric EQ’s are normally found in large format mixing consoles, normally they provide precision control over narrow frequency bands, Shelves uniquely offers full control over the entire frequency range at each section (20hZ to 20kHz). 
As you might expect, Shelves also provides CV control over all of the EQ parameters, providing interesting phasing effects when EQ sections compete for the same frequency band. CV controllable inputs include, Frequency, Gain, and Q.
A familiar circuit in the studio domain, Shelves Parametric EQ is a superb tool for sculpting and creating new sounds in the modular format.
As of september 2015, all Shelves modules include the filter expansion breakout module, which was normally available separately.
