The RME ADI-2 DAC is a two-channel, full duplex, USB digital to analogue converter operating at sample rates up to 768kHz as well as DSD and Direct DSD playback.
The RME ADI-2 DAC is a half-rack packed with full high-end electronics including a unique double symmetrical attenuator circuit and an additional buffer OP amp, offering lower Total Harmonic Distortion and Noise figures. Headphones monitoring is also improved thanks to the newly developed Extreme Power headphone stage, bringing the noise floor even further.
Powered by RME’s SteadyClock FS, the ADI-2 DAC offers incredibly high jitter reduction and is capable of referencing both Direct Digital Synthesis and PLL to a low phase noise quartz crystal.
In addition, the ADI-2 DAC includes the ADI-2 Pro’s DSP processing with bass, Treble, loudness, 5-band parametric EQ and crossfeed. An AutoDark function turns off the display, function keys, volume knob and standby button. Pressing any button turns the lights on again for 10 seconds. It also comes with a remote controlling input selection, standby On/Off, volume and Mute. four programmable buttons are also included with 20 different assignable functions.
