The GRP Synthesizer Eurorack VCA is a precision voltage controlled amplifier that handles amplification duties of both audio and CV, great for audio dynamics duties or for building complex generative patches and sound-scapes.
As the saying goes, you really cannot have too many VCA’s and there’s good reason for that, they can make a really static patch come to life and they can of course give you control over your dynamics, provided the appropriate envelope generator signal is patched in.
The GRP VCA is an excellent example of a VCA done right, one input, two CV inputs, positive and negative voltage outputs and switch linear and exponential response curves, a simple and elegant front panel that lets you manage your levels without giving you too much to work with.
