The Stager SR-1A is a beautiful ribbon microphone hand-built in Nashville, designed to provide stunning sound that will last.
The Stager SR-1A has an unmistakable vintage look but the guts of a true modern classics.  Using a large ribbon powered by a massive dual Alnico-5 magnet and combined with a toroidal output transformer, the SR-1A delivers an impressive low-end that remains natural. These components are housed in a heavy precision metal housing.
The SR-1A ships in a life-preserving wood box, also hand-made.
